Order Cancellation 

A Customer can opt to cancel order within 4 hour for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any in accordance with our return & refund policy. 

www.upzing.lk reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer / vendor or breaches the terms & conditions of using www.upzing.lk.

Return & Refunds  

www.upzing.lk practices no cash back & we don’t refund money. No exchange of items. However we will give a coupon or loyalty points that amounts to the order that has been placed which you can use for your future order placements. If the transaction is based on COD (Cash On Delivery) and if the customer wants to resend order to us, customer must bear the return courier fee.

Wrong/defective item

We’re so so sorry in the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective piece! In that case, please email us at [email protected] or send a text through WhatsApp, within 7 working days from date of receipt and we will send you a replacement piece. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund.
